The Kotel

http://twitter.com/thekotel - The Kotel is the Western Wall (also known as the Wailing Wall) in Jerusalem, one of the holiest places for Jews in the world. People have been going there for a long time and leaving their prayers on little pieces of paper and shoving them into the cracks of the wall. With the advent of modern technology, people have been sending their payers via snail mail, email, fax and text message, but now you can use Twitter do it too! Just follow @TheKotel and wait for them to follow you back! Then you just DM your prayers to them and they will place them in the Wall for you. They promise to keep all prayers private.
